Sovcombank finance group includes more than 150 offices and provides services in more than 20 subjects of Russian Federation.

In November 2008 Netris company finished Netris Debt Collection implementation in Sovcombank (press-release). The following tasks were completed with the project realization:

  • Implementation of product basic configuration covering all stages of defaulting debtors credit files processing;
  • Effective Optimization of bank officials work;
  • Netris Debt Collection integration with other banking applications of Sovcombank;
  • The platform support and development;
  • The bank officials trainings.

Netris Debt Collection became the basis of economic security subsystem for geographically distributed offices of the holding company. All the bank offices gained access to the central Defaulting Debtors Database. Bank management can follow the status of defaulting debtors credit files and control work efficiency of the executives.

In 2009 innovative risk management tools were implemented on the basis of Netris Debt Collection 2.0. That allows the bank to improve its credit portfolio and to work successfully in the consumer credit market.

The bank founders made stress on progressive banking technologies and its successful work in this direction highlighted the Severnaya kazna among numerous credit organizations. Since 1999 the bank has provided its customers with internet bank services, using its own software - Internetbank. In 2007 Internetbank was considered the best internet banking software in Russia. In November 2008 Severnaya kazna became a part of Alfa-bank.

In 2007 bank officials decided to chose Netris Debt Collection for automating troubled loans collection because of its complexity and flexibility. Netris Debt Collection implementation lasted for 6 months and was completed in July 2008 (press-release).

Close cooperation between Severnaya kazna and Netris allowed to develop software modifications for Netris Debt Collection improvement that was brought to Netris Debt Collection basic version.

In November 2008 Severnaya kazna became a part of Alfa-bank that expressed a high opinion about Netris Debt Collection services. Now the cooperation between the bank and Netris continues in several directions: development of new analytical reports, operated data base extension, support and development.
